AfricanColours Request For Your Photos
By AfricanColours.com

AfricanColours welcomes your digital photos from art related events around Africa and the diaspora that promote the works of African artists. So if you have attended an exhibition opening lately send us your images for publishing on our website and if you are planning to attend one soon, carry that digital camera and capture the excitement that normally take over these events.

We shall publish a link for the best photos of the month on our home page where you can direct your friends and family. Photos can be sent to njoroge@africancolours.com

Photojournalists

We welcome professional African photojournalists to submit photo essays for our new section on photography. This new addition on the AfricanColours website is specifically tailored to showcase stories done by photographers in Africa and the diaspora.

So if you have a brilliant story [maximum 5 pictures] that has not been published and you are keen to show it to the world send submissions to andrew@africancolours.com

Photo workshops

AfricanColours is in the process of organising a professional and amateur photography workshop. These classes will be held in Nairobi in a location that will be announced soon.

The six weeks workshop is aimed at newspaper photographers, communication officers, NGO media and advocacy officers, PR officers and freelance photographers. More details will be communicated through the AfricanColours website and through our mailing list.
