ARCHITECTS AS ARTISTS

to be opened by

6 pm Monday, 10 July 2006
 
The Association For Visual Arts (AVA), in collaboration with Spier and the Cape Institute For Architecture, is hosting a group exhibition of works in a variety of media by twenty architects who make art. Several of these architects are now full-time exhibiting artists, while most are practising architects who are only able to make art in their leisure time.
 
Marilyn Martin, director of Iziko SA Collections, will open the exhibition on Monday, 10 July at 6 pm at AVA.
 
The exhibition closes on Friday, 28 July at 3.30 pm.
