Tunisian Film Wins “Best Scenario Award” At 2010 Muscat International Film Festival

The Tunisian film "Cinecitta" by Ibrahil Ltaief, received the best scenario award at the 6th edition of the 2010 Muscat International Film Festival.

This was a part of the main competition of the Arab long films, which was held from March 13 to 26, 2010 in the Omani Capital.

The Egyptian film “Wahed-Sifr”, (One- Zero”) by Kamla Abu Dhekri won the Golden Dagger Award and the Moroccan film “Kazangera” by Noureddine Khammari won the Special Jury Award.

Two Tunisia films along with “Cinecitta” took part in the event including “Adawaha” (Secrets) of the director Raja Al Amari and the film “Thirty” by the director, Fadhel Jaziri.

65 films, including 43 Omani short films, 8 Gulf films and 18 Arab and foreign films were screened during the 6th edition of the Muscat International Film Festival.
