Strengths and Convictions - South African Nobel Peace Laureates
By a Correspondent
This exhibition uses photographs, films and contemporary art to tell the story of South Africa's Nobel Peace laureates: Albert Luthuli, Desmond Tutu, FW de Klerk and Nelson Mandela. It's a moving tribute, with poignant moments captured, like the joyous meeting with Mandela (above), by George Hallett, 1994.

It depicts how the lives of these four men converge and divide as South Africa’s history unfolds. The exhibition, from the Nobel Peace Centre in Oslo, is hosted at the South African High Commission in Trafalgar Square from 3rd December 2010 to 2nd January 2011.
