Chukz Okonkwo, thinks of himself as a a prolific artist who finds his voice through various media, creating pictorial narratives that showcase the intrinsic beauty of the African society, where the love of living shines through everything we do. He takes us on a journey of self discovery, through colours, strokes and passionate expressions, that culminates in an experience worthy of celebration.

Chukz Okonkwo is a graduate of fine arts from the renowned art academy Enugu/Nigeria. He has won several art awards and has held over 45 group and 4 solo exhibitions in Nigeria and abroad.

In Chukz's works, pure elements of his African origins are transformed into sophisticated abstaction of contemporary art through an individual technique and the natural use of modern vocabulary of style and form.
