Masudi Kibwana

My name is Masudi Kibwana. I come from the Mtwara region in Southen Tanzania.

I trained under renowned artist, Max Kamundi. I have attended and received training through the African Development through Economics and the Arts (ADEA) vocational training centre and the Russian Culture Centre.

I paint vivid abstract fine art, depicting lifestyles of different communities, highlighting various issues and societal problems facing African society.

With my God given gift of painting, I hope to bring joy and appreciation of life to people, through various themes that I portray in my work.
