Walter Mariga is a  Sculptor

Walter Mariga

The son of first generation sculptor Joram Mariga, Walter Mariga was born in 1973. He gained experience polishing his father´s work but began sculpting in his own right in 1992.  He views stone carving as ´´traditional for my family´´ and like his father, uses established cultural and spiritual beliefs in combination with natural rock forms as his inspiration.
